Virtual Home Staging is a digital design service. Harmony Homes by Amanda will digitally stage the photos you provide using virtual furniture and décor. No physical staging or in-home service is included.
This service is designed to enhance real estate photos for MLS listings, social media, and marketing materials.

• Digitally staged photos (matching the quantity purchased)
• High-resolution JPG files
• 48–72 hour delivery time after receiving photos
• One round of minor revisions (small adjustments in décor or layout)

• Physical furniture or décor
• Moving, cleaning, or decluttering the property
• Removing large items from photos (available as an add-on)
• Major design revisions or full re-designs
• Unlimited edits
• Contractor or remodeling recommendations

To achieve the best results, please provide:
• Horizontal, eye-level photos
• Good natural or artificial lighting
• Clear view of floors and walls
• Rooms free of clutter
• Images in JPG or PNG format

Poor-quality photos may affect the final results.

This service includes one round of minor revisions, such as:
• Adjusting colors
• Changing small décor items
• Slight layout modifications

Major changes, new design concepts, or new photos require an additional fee.

Delivery is typically 48–72 hours after receiving your photos and form submission.
Rush delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.

You may use your digitally staged photos for real estate marketing, including:
• MLS
• Zillow
• Social media
• Flyers
• Online listings

You may not resell, edit, or claim ownership of the digital staging.
Harmony Homes by Amanda may use completed work for portfolio and marketing unless requested otherwise.

This service is non-refundable once your photos have been submitted.
No refunds will be issued for:
• Low-quality photos
• Change of mind after work begins
• Delays caused by incomplete submissions
• Requests for major redesign after delivery

Virtual staging is a digital representation and does not reflect physical furniture.
Harmony Homes by Amanda is not responsible for:
• Market performance
• Buyer reactions
• Listing results
• Decisions made based on virtual designs

Virtual staging should be disclosed in MLS when required.
