The Virtual Home Organize & Redesign Report is a personalized digital consultation designed to help you transform your real living spaces. Based on your photos and goals, Harmony Homes by Amanda will create a professional, easy-to-follow plan to improve organization, layout, décor, and overall flow in your home.

No in-person visit is required. All recommendations are based on the photos and information you provide.

Your personalized report may include:
• A detailed PDF with room-by-room recommendations
• Organization strategies tailored to your lifestyle
• Furniture placement suggestions
• What to declutter, repurpose, or remove
• Styling and décor suggestions
• Color palette guidance
• Product recommendations (links included when appropriate)
• A step-by-step action plan
• 1 round of minor adjustments to the report

This service does not include:
• Physical organizing or cleaning
• Contractor work or remodeling plans
• Digital staging or virtual furniture
• 3D renderings
• Major redesigns after the report is delivered
• In-person visits or measurements
• Unlimited revisions

To create an accurate and helpful report, please provide:
• Clear, well-lit photos of each space
• Multiple angles when possible
• Close-ups of areas needing organization
• Notes about your biggest challenges (optional)

The quality of your report depends on the quality and completeness of the photos provided.

Before your report is created, you will be asked to complete a short intake form. This helps the Designer understand:
• Your goals
• Household size
• Problem areas
• Preferred styles
• Budget guidance (optional)

Reports will not begin until the form and all photos have been received.

This service includes one round of minor adjustments, such as:
• Changing recommended décor
• Adjusting layout suggestions
• Modifying colors or materials

Major changes or new photos require an additional fee.

Your custom PDF report will be delivered within 48–72 hours after receiving your photos and form submission.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the number of rooms and complexity.

Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

This service is non-refundable once your intake form or photos have been submitted.
No refunds will be issued for:
• Incomplete or unclear photos
• Change of mind after work begins
• Delays caused by missing information
• Requests for major redesign after delivery

The delivered report is for personal use only.
You may not:
• Share it publicly
• Reproduce or resell it
• Publish it online
• Repurpose the content for commercial use

Harmony Homes by Amanda retains ownership of all materials, layouts, visual guides, and recommendations.

All recommendations are based on the photos and information provided by the Client. Harmony Homes by Amanda is not responsible for:
• The Client’s implementation of the recommendations
• Safety or installation issues
• Contractor errors
• Purchasing decisions
• Market outcomes related to redesign

The Designer does not guarantee specific real-estate results, home value increases, or buyer reactions.
