Flip Design + Home Staging Office & Entryway Strategy

Flip Design Consulting + Home Staging – Office & Entryway Strategy

This project was completed using a combination of Flip Design Consulting and Home Staging, to improve flow, functionality, and first impressions while keeping the home feeling neutral, warm, and easy to connect with.

Office Design

The office originally felt closed off and visually heavy. As part of the Flip Design strategy, an accent wall was added to give the room definition without overwhelming the space. Subtle metallic details were used to add contrast and interest while keeping the overall look clean and balanced.

The flooring was changed to a light wood tone, which instantly brightened the room and helped it feel more connected to the rest of the home. Furniture choices focused on simple lines and contrast, creating a workspace that feels practical, modern, and inviting.

As part of the Home Staging process, lighting and accessories were kept minimal. A warm table lamp and light styling helped soften the space and made it easy for buyers to imagine using the room as a home office.

Entryway Design

The entryway was designed to create a strong and welcoming first impression. The interior side of the front door was repainted to remove the original red color, which no longer fit the neutral style of the home, while keeping the exterior unchanged.

A black console table was used to anchor the space, paired with a mirror to reflect light and make the entry feel more open. Styling was simple and intentional, using ceramic pieces, soft florals, and subtle metallic accents to add warmth without clutter.

The result is an office and entryway that feel clean, connected, and ready for showings—showing how thoughtful Flip Design direction combined with Home Staging can improve everyday spaces and strengthen buyer perception from the moment someone walks in.
